ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय की Empowered Committee ने DAY-NRLM के Non-Farm Livelihoods (NFL) component के तहत चार नए Business Incubator proposals को मंजूरी दी है। ये proposals Bihar, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh और Gujarat में महिला-led rural SHG enterprises को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए हैं। इनके माध्यम से 600+ high-potential rural enterprises को support देने का प्रस्ताव है। 0

DAY-NRLM Business Incubators 2026 Overview
इस पहल का उद्देश्य छोटे स्तर पर चल रहे ग्रामीण SHG enterprises को अधिक growth वाले businesses में आगे बढ़ने में मदद करना है। नए Incubators के जरिए business planning, mentoring, finance, technology और market access जैसे क्षेत्रों में structured support दिया जाएगा। 2

Challenge Fund
नए Incubator programmes में transparent और merit-based Challenge Fund का उपयोग strong growth potential वाले enterprises को चुनने के लिए किया जाएगा। उपलब्ध official source में चारों States के लिए अलग-अलग रुपये की Fund allocation नहीं दी गई है। इसलिए किसी State के लिए कोई निश्चित राशि बताना सही नहीं होगा। 1
State Incubation Cells कैसे काम करेंगे?
Step 1 — State Level Support
हर संबंधित State Rural Livelihoods Mission के अंदर dedicated State Incubation Cell बनाया जाएगा। इसका उद्देश्य enterprise support को State level पर व्यवस्थित करना है। 2
Step 2 — Enterprise Identification
State Incubation Cells high-potential rural enterprises की पहचान करेंगे और उन्हें Incubator programme में शामिल करने की प्रक्रिया में मदद करेंगे। 3
Step 3 — IITs और IIMs के साथ Coordination
Cells proposed incubator partners जैसे IITs और IIMs के साथ coordination करेंगे ताकि mentoring, training और business support सही तरीके से दिया जा सके। 4
Step 4 — Progress Monitoring
Supported enterprises की progress को track किया जाएगा और उनके performance की समीक्षा की जाएगी। 5
Step 5 — Capacity Building
State Rural Livelihoods Mission के staff और enterprise leaders के लिए capacity building programmes भी किए जाएंगे। 6
